Positions Available

Postdoctoral Fellowships, New Mexico

Professor Jeremy Edwards of the University of New Mexico Health Sciences Center (Department of Molecular Genetics and Microbiology, Cancer Research and Treatment Center) seeks applicants for two postdoctoral Fellowships in Polony Sequencing. These 3 years positions will start immediately and will involve developing the molecular biotechnology approaches for sequencing a human genome using Polony Technology.

Applicants should have a PhD,or equivalent degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Engineering, and it is desirable for the candidate to have familiarity with molecular biology, computer programming (MatLab, Perl, C++), and engineering.
